They are known as second class citizens. Some of the countries they are being discriminated the most in are France and Hungary. What started Darfur was that North Sudan which was richer than South Darfur wasn't sharing their oil. There was a civil war and the North was given the oil. They became a separate country after that. In West Sudan, the people didn't get any oil. They were poor. Some of them made a rebellion. Then Sudan's government got weapons from China and gave it to the Janjaweed and they started killing people from West Sudan, Darfur. They killed the children and men and raped the woman, throwing them in a well. Our plan is to raise money to stop the violence in Darfur by selling bracelets and a story explaining what's happening in Darfur. This money will be given to STAND to help save the people of Sudan.
